VTG Advertising Promotional 6" Wood Ruler W/ leather case. Farley & Loetscher Co. Dubuque, IA. Farley went out of business in 1960. They were a huge window and woodworking manufacturer. The leather case was produced by Hibbard, Spenser, Bartlett & Co. They started business in 1855 and still today. Very good vintage condition. The snap closure works fine. There is some wear on the case.
