Cigar Band Shallow Bowl with Felt Bottom.
Nice piece of folk art.
The bottom measures approximately 5inches
The top measures slightly over 6 5/8"inches in diameter
exterior of underside is green wool felt (one moth hole)
outer underside had dark "bleed" from glue
cigar bands...dating from 1902-1917; mostly havana cuban
