VINTAGE ADVERTISING TAPE MEASURE BANK GIVE AWAY.
Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
This tape measure is in great condition.
It is 1 1/2” diameter complete with a cloth tape retracts nicely.
I DO NOT pull my tapes out completely just enough to see them retract.
I believe this to be a bank give away.
Front is black with  some pansies .
