Voltage Valet V100 - 100 Watt Step Down Transformer.
Converts from European two prong to US two/three prong, steps down from 220/240 volts to 110/120 volts.
I haven't had an opportunity to use it recently, but it worked fine the last time I used it about 10 years ago.
