Shock magazine V1/#5, F+/VF, hard to find!

Great copy of Shock Vol1/#5.
As you can see from the pictures it's in pretty good shape, I'd say FN+/VF. I'll seriously consider all reasonable offers. Thanks for spending some time at Uncle Bill's Comics here on ebay!
