Shabu-shabu is a Japanese nabemono hotpot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boiled in water and served with dipping sauces. The term is onomatopoeic, derived from the sound – "swish swish" – emitted when the ingredients are stirred in the cooking pot.
This mochi is very thin, so they become soft much quicker than regular kirimochi. They are suitable for shabu shabu. It can be used for pizza, okonomiyaki or as a topping for ramen, etc.
Ingredients: Suito rice glutinous rice (100% Japanese)
