This book is in overall excellent condition.  The pages are clean with only a few normal neat signings and inscriptions, mostly confined to the endpages.  The cover shows normal wear.  However, having had several copies of this book over the last 30 years, we have noticed all of them show a weakness where the spine fabric is attached to the front cover, which causes a "split" to occur for several inches from the top of the book.  This in no way affects the structural integrity of the book.
