    Real Estate in St. Louis is the Best Investment.  Silk ribbon, 6" long, 2" wide.  This was probably attached to a pin back at one time, top of the ribbon is discolored from whatever was used to make this adhere to the pin back.  Old Gold and good condition.  Not sure of age but at least 40-50 years or more.  I acquired this in a large collection of political, advertising and festival ribbons that were all from the late 1800s to the 1950s.
