Operation for HCG pregnancy test
NOTE：Use morning srine sample to test HCG.
Immerse the strip into the urine with the arrow end pointing towards the urine, do not immerse the MAX line.
Take the strip out after 3 seconds and lay the strip flat on a clean, dry and non-absorbent surface.
Wait for red lines to appear, depending on the concentration of HCG in the test specimen.
Positive rresults may be observed in as short as 40 seconds. However, to confirm negative results, the complete
reaction time 5 minutes is required.Do not read results after 10 minutes.
Results reading
Negative: Only one red line appears,no pregnancy.
Positive: Two red lines indicates that your are pregnancy.
Invalid: No visible line at all.
Operation for LH Ovulation Test
Test LH(luteinizing hormone) surge and predict the ovulate time.
Immerse the strip into the urine with the arrow end pointing towards the urine, do not immerse the MAX line.
Take the strip out after 5 seconds and lay the strip flat on a clean, dry and non-absorbent surface.
Wait for colored bands to appear about 40 seconds, confirm negative results need 10 minutes.
Do not read results after 30 minutes.
Reading of test results
Negative: Only one color band appears in the control region or the test band is lighter than the control band. No LH surge.
Positive:If two color bands are visible and the test band is equal to or darker than the control band, one will ovulate in the next 24-48 hours.
Invalid: No visible color band at all.
Note:Do not use first morning urine sample, best time is 10 am to 8 pm. Reduce liquid intake about 2 hours before testing.
