Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
This is a very nice tape measure looks to have some water marks under the cover
But overall very nice.
It is 1 3/4” diameter complete with a cloth tape.
I DO NOT pull my tapes out completely so enough to see them retract.
