About us! My wife and I have been collecting fossils here in the coal fields of eastern Kentucky for 20+ years. We have sold hundreds of plant and marine fossils, all from the Carboniferous, Pennsylvanian Period, approximately 330 million years old. We have also donated many fossils to a few museums, including Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History. We also have many fossils featured in Thomas F. McLoughlin's book " Atlas of Pennsylvanian (Carboniferous) Age Plant Fossils of the Central Appalachian Coalfields"(Volume 2). We have a great collecting site. It is an old abandoned and reclaimed, family owned, surface coal mine.  The shale from the site produces extremely well preserved plant fossils of many types. At the site, we also find the occasional marine fossil. Mostly brachiopods. We sell many of our fossils to a very popular website. Our goal is to sell some of the smaller pieces that have built up in our inventory on ebay.  We will sell these at affordable prices and hope to build up a great customer base. We will send free gift fossils with most orders. These will be smaller pieces, but very good quality.  Be sure to check in with us daily, as we will be listing a lot of fossils! We do combine shipping. We will do whatever we can to save the customer money on shipping charges. Thank you for looking!
