Tight, clean, square, flat, sharp and crisp book in lightly wrinkled DJ with creased flap. Identical in every way to the first printing predating this by 3 months, except for the code on the back of the DJ. Signed by the author and inscribed, dated 2005 at the Franklin Club which is likely an athletic club near where the author lives in Michigan. As it was signed 3 years after the original release of the book, it certainly was not a book tour signing.
Voted #18 in Locus best collection of the year.
