    Back in 1997, Marlin Software issued this four CD set featuring a "virtual tour" of Forrest J. Ackerman's legendary Science Fiction, Horror, Fantasy, and Film Memorabilia collection as a walk-through of his mansion.
    Since his passing in 2008, Forry's collection has been broken up, sold, and scattered to the four winds.
    As an agent for the top names in Science Fiction film and literature, and publisher of
    Famous Monsters of Filmland
    for decades, his collection included original theatrical movie posters and memorabilia for every classic Horror and Science Fiction film made in the twentieth century.
    These discs allow the user to literally "walk through" his mansion and examine it room by room.
    NOTE: While the box says "PC and Mac Compatible," it simply will not run on any modern Mac - only older ones running the Classic environment (it may be possible to run with an emulator but I don't know for sure). I have not tried the programs on a Windows PC.
    Additionally, the Press Release folder includes eight photographic slides, and other goodies (please see the photos).
    You may possibly be able to find the CD Box set elsewhere, but the Press folder is an ultra-rarity!
