This book is in overall excellent condition, with the interior being near mint, showing the original shine to the pages.  The soft cover is in excellent shape; the only notable defect is that the spine has a 1 1/2" piece missing at the top, and has tears. However, this does NOT affect the integrity of the book, and is common for soft-cover books of that age.  Thus we consider it to be in highly collectible condition.
