This is a 1985 Italy 5000 Lire Banknote, Catalogue of World Money # P111b.
The Note pictured is the note you will receive. The first two pictures are taken with flash on, and the next two pictures are taken with no flash.
The Note is in Extremely Fine Circulated condition. I would call this note uncirculated except it has several minor wrinkle marks along the edges.
